Drop-off questions

Delivered to your dock.

  • What lakes do you deliver to?
    45 lakes across Cass, Berrien, Van Buren, and St. Joseph counties. Full list at drop-off-rentals. We add lakes when there's demand, email us if yours isn't listed.
  • How does delivery work?
    We drop the boat between 9 AM and 5 PM the day your rental starts. We meet you at your dock and walk through the boat on the water.
  • Where exactly do you launch from?
    The closest public boat launch to your dock. We route at booking from the address you give us.
  • What's the minimum rental?
    Two days. Longer rentals work out cheaper per day, see the multi-day pricing on /drop-off-rentals.
  • What's the delivery fee?
    $75 delivery and $75 pickup, the same anywhere we serve. No surcharge for the further lakes.
  • Can we add a captain to a drop-off?
    No. Captains are for hourly rentals out of the St. Joseph harbor. Drop-off is you-drive only.
  • Can we use the boat overnight?
    Yes. The boat is yours for the full date range you booked, including overnight. Tie it to your dock.
  • Who's responsible for damage?
    You are during the rental. The card on file holds a damage authorization, see /faqs for how the deposit works.
  • What if a storm rolls in?
    We text you. If it's serious enough, small craft warnings or worse, we reschedule the day at no charge.
  • Is there a public launch on every lake we serve?

  • What happens if we return late?
    $50 per 30 minutes after the pickup window closes. Tell us early if you're running over and we'll work it out.
  • Do we need a launch ramp at our dock?
    No. We deliver to private docks. We use public launches on our end and bring the boat to you.
