Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made 7 days prior to your rental date will receive a 100% refund. For cancellations made after the 7-day mark, a $300 fee will be deducted from your original payment. In the event of inclement weather conditions that compromise safety, we reserve the right to cancel boat rentals. Your safety is our priority. If your reservation is affected by adverse weather, we will either work with you to reschedule your rental within the same calendar year or provide a refund. Weather-related decisions will be made on the day of the rental. Please understand that these decisions are made with your safety in mind.
